Since May 25, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Parliament and the Council (EU), known as GDPR, has been in force. It concerns the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.

In accordance with this regulation, taking care of the personal data of our Clients and fulfilling the requirements related to the information obligation, we present below the rules of processing by Prim Jet Color sp. z o.o. of your personal data and about the rights granted to you related to the protection of personal data.

We assure you that we take care of your privacy. Your personal data are safe with us, and you can withdraw your consent to their collection and processing at any time, in accordance with the provisions of the following "Privacy Policy".

In addition, we inform you that Prim Jet Color sp. z o.o. processes the data of its Contractors obtained in the course of previous cooperation or publicly available in open registers (National Court Register, Central Registry and Information on Economic Activity).

INFORMATION CLAUSE ON PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

We collect your personal data obtained during our cooperation with you, including:

Company name
First name, Last name
Company (institution) address
Tax Identification Number (NIP), National Business Registry Number (REGON)
Email address, telephone number
Bank account number
and data contained in financial documents.

We collect your Personal Data for the following purposes:

To conclude and execute the contract between us and to provide you with the services we offer;
To fulfill the legal obligations of Prim Jet Color Sp. z o.o., including in particular issuing and storing invoices and accounting documents, and for archiving purposes;
To protect the rights of Prim Jet Color Sp. z o.o. in accordance with the law, including in particular pursuing outstanding payments within the framework of debt collection and court proceedings;
The legitimate interest of Prim Jet Color Sp. z o.o. in the meaning of the data protection regulations, including conducting marketing of our products;
Conducting marketing activities and sending commercial information in case you have given your individual consents.

Prim Jet Color Sp. z o.o. may transfer Personal Data to the following third parties for the purposes indicated below:

To entities with which Prim Jet Color Sp. z o.o. has concluded a cooperation agreement for the purpose of implementing our joint contract, fulfilling the obligations of Prim Jet Color Sp. z o.o. provided by law, protecting the rights of Prim Jet Color Sp. z o.o. in accordance with legal regulations, and pursuing the legitimate interests of Prim Jet Color Sp. z o.o. within the meaning of personal data protection regulations, Prim Jet Color Sp. z o.o. may transfer your Personal Data to entities such as:
- Insurance companies,
- Entities providing accounting, legal, auditing, or IT services,
- Companies providing postal and courier services,
- Companies with which we cooperate to provide marketing services.

These entities are obliged by law to apply appropriate security measures, both technical and organizational, to protect Personal Data.

Supervisory authorities, authorities, and other third parties may receive Personal Data when necessary to achieve the purposes stated above and to fulfill obligations imposed by law.

Personal data may be transferred to supervisory authorities, courts, and other authorities (e.g., tax authorities and law enforcement authorities), independent external advisors (e.g., auditors), or service providers.

Prim Jet Color Sp. z o.o. undertakes to apply appropriate security measures, both technical and organizational, to protect your Personal Data. Personal data will be stored by Prim Jet Color Sp. z o.o. only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected, to fulfill obligations arising from legal provisions, for a maximum period of securing materials necessary for legal proceedings, and until the possible expiration of your and Prim Jet Color Sp. z o.o.'s claims.

You have rights regarding the protection of Personal Data. According to the applicable data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority (i.e., the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).

Furthermore, you have the right to:

Request access to Personal Data; the data subject is entitled to obtain confirmation from Prim Jet Color Sp. z o.o. as to whether Personal Data concerning them are being processed, and if so, they are entitled to access them. Prim Jet Color Sp. z o.o. will provide you, upon request, with a copy of your Personal Data undergoing processing.

Rectify Personal Data; you have the right to rectify any inaccurate Personal Data concerning you. Considering the purposes of processing, you have the right to request the completion of incomplete Personal Data, including by means of providing an additional statement.

Erasure of Personal Data ("right to be forgotten"); you have the right to request the immediate erasure of Personal Data concerning you, where certain conditions specified by law are met, and Prim Jet Color Sp. z o.o. is obliged to promptly erase such Personal Data.

Restriction of processing of your Personal Data; in such a case, upon your request, Prim Jet Color Sp. z o.o. will identify such Personal Data, and their processing may be restricted only to specific purposes.

Data portability; under certain conditions, you have the right to receive the Personal Data concerning you, which you provided to Prim Jet Color Sp. z o.o., in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and you have the right to transmit those Personal Data to another entity.

Object; under certain circumstances, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your Personal Data, and Prim Jet Color Sp. z o.o. may be required to cease processing such Personal Data.
